Actual golden fibre from the tough husk of the coconut

Coir Fibre

Coir Fibre is extracted from mature green and brown Coconut Husks. It is then processed into the finest fibres. Coir Fibre is of two types - brown and white. Coir obtained from fresh green coconut is termed as white fibre, which is finer than the brown fibre. The brown fibre is the outcome of seasoned fully matures coconuts which loose their green color in the process. Each of them has their own distinct types of applications. The brown fibre is widely used for fabrication of doormats, brushes, mattresses and other upholstery material whereas the white fibre is used for making ropes, making fishing nets and other eco-friendly products.
